Every one you meet nowadays will tell you to get fit and healthier, and for good reasons too. Having a high fitness level not only means that you loss weight and look better, but it also has a number of health benefit that will help you live a better life. Therefore being healthy will:
1. Make you will feel more energetic.
2. Make you look good and young as a well proportioned body and toned muscle will make you beautiful both inside and outside.
3. Make your mind and your body function more better
4. Make you ward off a large number of lifestyle related ailments like type 2 diabetics, coronary heart disease, migraines, back and muscle problem and pain, arthritis and other heart and immune system related problems.
5. Make you develop more stamina.
6. Make you lessen risk of injury, muscle and bone related ailment.
7. Make you age better with stronger bones and muscles and a healthy constitution will ensure that age related ailments like arthritis, osteoporosis, asthma, heart diseases, and low stamina and energy will have the least effect on you.
8. Make you feel happy because exercise relaxes the muscles, releases good hormones or endorphins, which will make you feel better and happier through out the day. And also being fit has been known to counteract depression and anxiety as well.
9. Make your risk of cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetics, and some cancers alleviated if you maintain a healthy fitness level.
10. Being healthy and fit is its own reward! When you are disease free and happy, when you have perfect weight for your height and when you have the energy to do anything that you want for as long as you want it, then you are one of the luckiest people on planet earth.
