What nutrients do a pregnant woman needs most?

These are the nutrients that a pregnant needs these nutrients
1. Selenium
Sources are: Organ meat, sea food, lean meat, brown rice, oat meal and whole wheat food.
Deficiency of this nutrient can cause both defect fibrocystic breast diseases, cancer and heart disease.
2. Vitamin C
Sources are: Orange, pawpaw, straw berries, tomato juice, cabbage, pineapple, corn on the cob, potato etc
3. Vitamin A (beta carotene)
Sources are: Carrot, liver beef, sweet potato, dark green vegetables, lettuce, egg yolk, apple, etc
4. Calcium
Sources are: yogurt plain, non fat milk, sardines, cooked dried beans and peas
